Deepak Perwani is truly one of the best. Starting off in Men’s wear in 1994, DP redefined fashion for men. In 1996, he started his women line as well.
His life is full of achievements, to name a few. At the age of 23, DP was chosen to be the brand ambassador for World Global Council and Dupont Lycra. He was also responsible for the Launch show of ABN Amro in Pakistan. He collaborated with Mercedes Benz, Benson and Hedges, and Hugo Boss to name a few.
At 28, DP was selected as part of the board of governors of PSFD, Pakistan School of Fashion designing. He also won his first LUX Style award for Men’s wear that year.
DP has also represented Pakistan as a Cultural Ambassador in China and Malaysia.
At 30, adding to his already long list of achievements, DP won his second LUX Style award. He also went international with his collection being displayed in London, Dubai and Singapore.
At 33, he won the third LUX Style award.
An exquisite designer, and a fashion icon, DP has really contributed to the fashion industry and helped it flourish against all odds.
